Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 August 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CC Ride website (ccride.ng) and any related pages ("CC Ride", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting this website or using it to submit a form, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
These Terms cover the website specifically. Use of the CC Ride mobile app to book, drive, or manage rides is governed by our Terms & Conditions, which you accept separately when you register an account in the app.
1. Who can use this website
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to submit any form on this website (waitlist, organisation interest, or investor interest). Organisations submitting interest on behalf of a company confirm they're authorised to do so.
2. Website content
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and the CC Ride name and mark — is owned by CC Ride and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission.
3. Forms and submissions
When you submit the waitlist, organisation, or investor form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that it's yours to give (or, for an organisation submission, that you're authorised to submit it on the organisation's behalf). Submitting a form does not create a binding agreement, a guarantee of onboarding, or an investment commitment — it simply registers your interest so we can follow up. See our Privacy Policy for how submitted data is handled, and our duplicate-submission check may decline a repeat entry already on file.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site at scale, or interfere with its normal operation
- Use automated means to submit forms in bulk or spam our team
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the website
5. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party sites (for example, equiviral.com or app store listings). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site you reach from a link here.
6. No warranty
This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CC Ride is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
